Party Packages



Party Animals- $18 per child

Includes 4-5 inch figurine, small plate, small bowl,

regular mug, or medium trinket box


Paint Party- $22 per child

Includes 6-8 inch figurine, bank, large trinket box,

large plate, or fairy, Hello Kitty, or pirate-themed item


Superhero Party- $26 per child

Includes 6-8 inch figurine, plate, bowl, mug, pirate-themed item,

or Spiderman, Hulk, Iron Man, Captain America, or Wolverine 


Biggie Bank Party- $36 per child

Includes large animal or character bank


Party in a Box- $18 per child

This is a do-it-yourself option. Choose from small party animals, salad plate, cup, or small bowl. We will supply you with paint, brushes, and pieces for each of your guests. Drop back off at studio to be fired and pick up within 7 to 10 days. Prices start at $25 and up if you would like a Once Upon a Kiln creative consultant to join in your special day.

​​Once Upon a Kiln has party ideas for any age! Party prices range from $18 to $34 per person with a $25 non-refundable deposit, included in the final total. Minimum of 8 guests to reserve party date.

If you wish to rent out the whole studio for your event, private parties are $100 per hour, plus the cost of pottery.



























​Parties include:

  • 90 minutes of party time at studio
  • Set-up and clean-up
  • A friendly and helpful staff member to help coordinate and assist with the the art portion of the event  (Passing out cake, opening presents is the parents' responsibility. ​If preferred, our staff can provide extra assistance at a charge of $15.)
  • One complimentary thumbprint plate for the guest of honor

​       ($15 for additional plate or if guest count drops below 8)

  • Parties are great for ages 2 and up, but must be drop-off and pick-up for ages 7 and up. If parents would like to stay, they will be charged as guests and can pick out their own piece to paint.
  • Birthday child's handprint with name and birthdate on the wall of our party area for lasting memory
  • Party parents provide paper products, utensils, pizza, cake, drinks, candles, and camera. If you would like studio to provide these supplies, prices start at $30.
  • ​Each birthday guest will receive a coupon for one free studio fee!
  • We also offer face painting for an additional $4 per child!​​
